Once your payment is verified, your ZELVIX IPTV subscription is activated automatically. Most activations are completed within about 5 minutes, though in rare cases it may take slightly longer. No manual steps are required on your end beyond completing checkout.

Your login details and any setup instructions are delivered via WhatsApp or email, using the contact information you provided at checkout.
3. Keep Your Contact Information Accurate
Please double-check your email address and WhatsApp number before completing your order. Incorrect or unreachable contact details are the most common reason credentials don't arrive — we can't deliver access we can't send.
4. Activation During Peak Hours
During periods of high demand, activation may take a little longer than usual. This is uncommon, but if it happens, your subscription is still being processed — there's no need to submit a new order.
