When you create a ZELVIX account, we collect your name, email address, and optionally a phone number. When you subscribe, you submit a bank transfer reference and, optionally, a payment receipt — reviewed directly by our team. We do not process or store card numbers, as we do not use any third-party payment processor.

We use your information to create and manage your account, activate and renew subscriptions, send service-related emails (verification, password resets, payment confirmations, renewal reminders), and respond to support requests.
3. Sharing your information
We do not share your payment or billing information with any third-party payment processor — bank transfer references and receipts are reviewed internally by our team. We share information only with email delivery providers, strictly to send account-related messages. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact support and we'll process the request in line with applicable law.
