1. Who we are

These terms apply to the ZELVIX IPTV service and to the website zelvixiptv.com, operated by ZELVIX DIGITAL, a company registered in Spain, with registered address at Cerca de Isla del Aire, Illes Balears, España.

2. The service

ZELVIX IPTV is a prepaid subscription for television delivered over the internet. Each plan is defined by its duration (3, 6 or 12 months) and by the number of devices that may watch at the same time (1 to 4). Plans are not renewed automatically.

3. Ordering

Orders are placed by contacting us on WhatsApp, Telegram or email. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and the price to you. Before confirmation we provide the information required by consumer law, including the total price and the conditions of the free trial, the refund policy and the right of withdrawal.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros as totals for the whole period and include all applicable taxes; no additional charges are added. The accepted payment methods are confirmed before you pay.

5. Free trial

A free trial lasts 24 hours from activation and does not turn into a paid subscription automatically.

6. Refunds, withdrawal and cancellation

Our 14-day refund policy and your statutory right of withdrawal are described in the refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

The service is for your personal, non-commercial use on the number of devices included in your plan. Sharing, reselling or redistributing access details is not permitted.

8. Availability and support

We aim to provide the service continuously and offer support 24/7. If a problem on our side prevents you from using the service, contact support so that we can resolve it.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you or our liability for matters that cannot be limited by law.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
