For MAG boxes and MAG-style receivers, and optionally for Formuler. The box signs in with its hardware address, which we activate for you.
How many screens can watch at once?
Every plan is available for one to four devices. The number of devices is the number of screens that can play at the same time, not the number of installations: you may set up the player on every device you own. Add a device to your plan whenever you need to.
Questions about devices
My TV is not a Samsung or LG. Does it work?
Most other brands, including Sony, Philips, TCL, Hisense and Xiaomi, run Android TV or Google TV and follow our Android TV guide. Older or less common TVs work with a Fire TV Stick or Android TV stick plugged into an HDMI port.
Can I switch devices later?
Yes. Install the player on the new device and sign in with the same details. For a MAG box, send us the new MAC address so we can activate it.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
No. If you already own a smart TV, a streaming stick, a phone, a tablet or a computer, you can start today with the free 24-hour trial. A dedicated box is optional.
Which device gives the best picture?
Picture quality depends mainly on your connection. For 4K streams, an Ethernet-connected Android TV, Fire TV Stick 4K Max, Apple TV 4K or Formuler box gives the most stable result.
Does ZELVIX IPTV make or sell player apps?
No. We provide the subscription and your access details. The players are made by independent developers and we have no affiliation with them; our guides simply explain how to use them with our service.
