IPTV setup guides for every device
Step-by-step instructions for installing a player app and loading your ZELVIX IPTV access on a smart TV, streaming stick, phone, tablet, computer or set-top box. Each guide names the apps that work, the exact menus to open and the fixes for the usual first-day problems. Written in October 2026 and reviewed when apps or stores change.

Read the guideWhat you need before any guide
Every guide assumes the same four things. If you have them ready, the actual setup is short.
- An active ZELVIX IPTV subscription or a free 24-hour trial, with the access details we sent you on WhatsApp, Telegram or email.
- A device connected to the internet, ideally by Ethernet cable or a strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi signal.
- A stable connection of roughly 10 Mbps for Full HD or 25 Mbps or more for 4K streams.
- Access to your device’s app store, or permission to install apps from the store of your TV or box.
Three ways an IPTV service connects to a player
Your access details arrive in the format that matches your device. Knowing which one you hold makes every guide easier to follow.
Xtream Codes login
A server address, a username and a password. You type them into the app’s login screen and the channel list, films and programme guide load automatically. This is the simplest option for most apps on Android TV, Fire TV, phones and Apple devices.
M3U playlist link
A single web link that contains your whole channel list. You paste it into the app, or upload it through the app’s website when the TV app cannot type long links. Most smart TV players and desktop players such as VLC use this format.
Portal address
A short web address used by MAG-style set-top boxes and the boxes that imitate them. You enter it once in the box’s own settings and the box signs in by its hardware address, so there is no username to type.
Connection and speed checklist
IPTV is live video over the internet, so the connection matters more than the device. Four points to check before you blame the app.
- Measure your speed on the device itself, not on a phone in another room. Full HD needs a steady 8 to 12 Mbps per stream; 4K needs 25 Mbps or more.
- Prefer an Ethernet cable for TVs and boxes. If you must use Wi-Fi, connect to the 5 GHz network and keep the router in the same room.
- Each screen you watch at the same time counts as one connection. Your plan’s number of devices is the number of screens that can play at once.
- Restart the router once a week. A long-running router with a saturated connection table is the most common cause of buffering that comes and goes.
Common questions before you start
Do I need a special box to use ZELVIX IPTV?
No. A smart TV, a streaming stick, a phone, a tablet or a computer with a player app is enough. A dedicated box is only needed if you prefer a remote-first interface or you already own one.
Which player app is the best?
There is no single best app; it depends on the device. Each guide recommends one primary app that we consider the most reliable on that platform and lists alternatives so you have a choice if a store removes an app in your country.
Are the player apps free?
Many are free, some charge a small one-time fee per TV and a few offer a paid premium version. Every guide states the price published by the developer when the guide was written. ZELVIX IPTV does not sell or earn from these apps.
Can I use the same subscription on two devices?
Yes, if your plan includes two or more devices. The number of devices in your plan is the number of screens that can watch at the same time; you may install the player on as many devices as you like.
What if my device is not listed?
Contact support with the device name and model. If it runs Android, Fire OS, webOS, Tizen, iOS, tvOS, Windows or macOS it almost certainly works, and we will point you to the right guide.
Want us to walk you through it?
