Refund Policy

1. Free trial
The 24-hour Free Trial lets you evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan. Since no payment is taken for the trial, no refund applies to it.
2. Paid subscriptions
If your subscription was not activated within a reasonable time after payment confirmation, or if the service is materially unavailable for reasons on our side, contact support within 7 days of payment to request a refund.
3. What isn't covered
Refunds aren't provided for change-of-mind requests after the service has been actively used, for issues caused by unsupported devices or unstable internet connections on the customer's side, or for partial unused time on a plan once it has been activated.
4. How to request a refund
Open a support ticket from your dashboard or contact us through the Contact page with your order number and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within one business day.
