Privacy policy

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is ZELVIX DIGITAL, a company registered in Spain, with registered address at Cerca de Isla del Aire, Illes Balears, España. You can contact us at info@zelvixiptv.com.

What data we collect

When you contact us to order a plan, request a trial or ask for support, we receive the data you send us on the channel you chose (for example your name, phone number, Telegram username or email address, the device you use and the plan you want). When you browse this website, our server records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages visited, which is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

To answer your request and provide the service you ordered (performance of a contract or steps before entering into one); to comply with our legal obligations, including accounting and tax rules; and, for optional analytics cookies, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.

How long we keep it

Order and invoicing data is kept for as long as the law requires for commercial and tax records. Support conversations are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up questions. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

Who receives your data

Our hosting provider stores the website and its data. If you contact us through WhatsApp, Telegram or email, the operator of that service processes your messages under its own terms. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@zelvixiptv.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the supervisory authority in your country.
