Refund and cancellation policy

Our 14-day refund policy

ZELVIX IPTV offers a 14-day refund policy on subscriptions, counted from the day your order is confirmed. To request a refund, contact us on the channel you used to order, or at info@zelvixiptv.com, and state the order you want refunded. This refund applies when the service does not work for you and our support team is unable to make it work on your device.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For a digital service that starts during that period, the law requires your express request to start early and your acknowledgement of the consequences; we collect that confirmation when you order.

Cancellation

Plans are prepaid for a fixed period and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel at the end of a plan. If you want to stop earlier, our refund policy above applies.

Free trial

The 24-hour free trial is free of charge; no refund applies to it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned by the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise with you. We confirm the timing of the refund when we approve your request.
